Because PromptForge products are digital content, refund eligibility depends on whether the purchased prompt has been delivered or accessed and on the reason for the request.

Payment issues

If a payment is debited but the order remains pending, do not purchase again immediately. Check Orders and allow the payment webhook or verification flow to complete.

Requesting help

For duplicate charges, failed delivery or payment reconciliation issues, contact the store operator with your order reference and payment details requested by support.
